食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)美國食品安全新聞網(wǎng)消息，近期美國FDA對7家企業(yè)發(fā)布警告信，警告內(nèi)容涉及標(biāo)識錯誤，獸殘、違反HACCP等。

    其中有4家公司出現(xiàn)標(biāo)識錯誤，錯誤類型分別有未標(biāo)注過敏原、缺少FDA要求的英文標(biāo)識信息、營養(yǎng)成分表格式錯誤、營養(yǎng)聲稱違規(guī)。一家水產(chǎn)品企業(yè)違反HACCP規(guī)定。一家希臘進口商缺少確保食品安全的數(shù)據(jù)記錄。

    The weekly warning letters covered everything from misbranded products, to illegal drug residues in beef, and violations of acidified food regulations.
