食品伙伴網訊   據外媒報道，15日澳大利亞維珍航空公司（Virgin Australia）宣布，所有國內航線旅客可以享受該公司提供免費食品。

    據報道，該措施包括每周一至周五下午5點至晚上7點提供免費的紅酒、啤酒和軟飲料等，是維珍航空公司向優(yōu)質、現代化、全方位服務轉型計劃的一部分。

    維珍公司客戶部門主任哈塞爾（Mark Hassell）表示，免費飲料和食品將根據旅途時間的長短定制。維珍航空還將繼續(xù)向所有航班提供免費茶水、咖啡、果汁和水。乘客也可以按照飛機上的零售菜單點其它的食品和飲料。

    After years of waiting, Virgin Australia today announced to the travelling public that complimentary food will be served on all flights across the Australian domestic network.

    Today's announcement compliments Virgin's move to a full service airline with baggage and in flight entertainment already included in the ticket price. Virgin Australia Chief Customer Officer, Mark Hassell, says “The roll out of free food and checked baggage to complement our wireless in-flight entertainment, is an important part of our ability to deliver a consistent, premium service across our network,”

    The food and beverage service has been tailored to the time of day and the duration of the journey however the exact details on this are still to come as passengers receive the new service.
