貝爾法斯特女王大學(xué)教授克里斯·艾略特（Chris Elliott）指出，將在9月份出席“食品摻假、文化以及現(xiàn)代餐飲加工”會(huì)議時(shí)告訴各位代表，解決食品摻假問題仍需做大量工作。他認(rèn)為，英國面臨新一輪馬肉風(fēng)波風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，每年歐洲地區(qū)5萬只馬可能被屠宰后銷售。

    An investigator in the UK horsemeat scandal in 2012 claims while progress has been made in the food industry, security has to remain a priority for authorities and the police or it will happen again.
