食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局(FSA)消息,3月25日英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局公布了兩份食品衛(wèi)生評估研究報告,評估對象包括英格蘭與威爾士地區(qū)的食品衛(wèi)生評級制度(FHRS)以及蘇格蘭地區(qū)實施的食品衛(wèi)生信息制度(FHIS)。
本次評估活動始于2011年,持續(xù)至2014年中期。它研究了兩項制度對地方當(dāng)局、消費者、商家、食品衛(wèi)生合規(guī)情況以及食源性疾病發(fā)病率的影響。英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局討論了研究結(jié)果。研究報告含有消費者對于衛(wèi)生分級制度的態(tài)度并提供了一些有意義的見解。

The final two research reports, in a series commissioned by the FSA to evaluate the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) in Scotland, are being published today. The evaluation was commissioned with the Policy Studies Institute in 2011 and ran until mid-2014. It explored the impact of the FHRS and the FHIS on local authorities, consumers, businesses, food hygiene compliance and the incidence of foodborne disease. The evaluation and other research findings have been discussed by the FSA Board today.
